Talk About Going Full Throttle!
Last Friday saw the first of the all-new Full Throttle Fridays for the season at Western Sydney Dragway and despite the continual threat of rain, the weather Gods finally smiled and let Sydney's toughest racers produce their own storm front - on the quarter mile!

The event also marked the start of a very intense three month period for Sydney's ANDRA licensed Drag Racers, culminating with the Scott Kalitta USA Top Fuel Memorial over two days - from Boxing Day!

If last Friday's Full Throttle action is anything to go by - these events will be too good to miss for everyone, with good track conditions, more than 120 entries and highlights abounding!

The big news has to be Mark Hinchelwood finally cranking a 6-seconder in his Motorsport Connections turbo altered, a 6.95 definitely turned heads.

Jason Mansweto running a 7.39 in the naturally aspirated Trick & Mansweto Capri, continuing to set new performance standards.

Brett White cracking his first 7-seconder in the Wright Dragster, also impressing many - including Cacklingpipes photographer Grant Stephens!

Leonard Azzoopardi also hopped back onto his turbo Hayabusa and produced a tidy 7.7 ET in valuable track time for the Londonderry based racer.
